David Buliavac

David was born and raised in So. Cal, L.A. County, April 24, 1951

He spent most week-ends, holidays and summers of his youth helping on the family Avocado and Citrus Ranch, where his uncles taught him great respect for the land and the American work ethic.

In 1974 he enrolled at Mira Costa College; where he took Horticulture classes and soon started his own Landscape Company – Ultimate Lawn Service.

Later in L.A. he met his wife Chris, whom he has been married to for more than 20 years. Loving the mountains, he and Chris moved to Lake Tahoe where he was hired at Old Brockway Golf Course. He worked as a Mechanic / Ass’t. Superintendent and developed a love for the golf course maintenance industry. After a year at Old Brockway he went to work at Tahoe Donner Golf Course, where he was the Ass’t Superintendent for 4 years. In 1995, He and Chris moved to Glendora, Ca to care for her ailing father; during this time he attended Mt. San Antonio Collegewhere he received an A.S. degree in Horticulture Science with Certificates in Nursery and Sports Turf Management.

In April of 1999, he started a business where he marketed products and services to golf courses and large turf facilities. Integrity and Customer service are the cornerstones on which he represents his products.
